Execute repetitive operational or administrative HR tasks from our centres in Hungary, Budapest and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. - HR Business Partners
Strategic partners for the business, translating and enabling the People strategy for their business. - Global Centres of Expertise & regional and local Capability Pools
CoEs have specialists who develop and deploy policies, practices and programs based on deep expertise in specific domains, such as Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Human Rights and Change management and Organisation Development. In collaboration with Capability Pools on the same topics, these policies, practices and programs are implemented and executed operationally. - Digital & Projects
Manage the HR digital agenda, HR analytics and HR projects. - HR Transformation & Cockpit
Overseeing HR strategy, transformation, process globalisation and matching of supply and demand to deliver on company- and business' People agendas.
