Customer Services Officer

FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy USA  , known for its diverse and exciting range of Internationally Acclaimed Cheese Brands, has an opening for a Customer Service Officer (CSO). The CSO plays a pivotal role in executing our Customer-centric service approach by delivering a "Worry-Free" experience. As a CSO, you will work closely with the team to ensure orders are managed according to the customer's needs.

What we ask

We are looking for a candidate with extensive Customer Service experience preferably in the cheese/dairy industry.  The candidate must have the following qualities -

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-sufficient, independent and a team player
  • Motivated and open to learning new things
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to different working environments
  • Open to working outside of the office if needed (i.e. visiting warehouse, etc)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Experience with Walmart Retail Link portal
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain

Vacancy description

CSO responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enter sales orders, create delivery orders, arrange freight to customers and process invoices
  • Retrieve orders and submit invoices using third-party EDI providers
  • Solve warehouse and trucking issues when necessary
  • Assist warehouse manager with inventory queries
  • Act as a liaison with the Sales and Marketing Teams
  • Report to Customer Service Team Lead
