About Global Business Services in Malaysia 

We are the backbone of the business processes in the Asia Pacific region. We provide functional services in the areas of Finance, IT, Master Data and Risk & Control together with over 250 colleagues. Our Finance function covers Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable and Record Report, supported by staff teams (Process Innovation & Excellence, Risk & Control and Service Management). Moreover, our centre will further grow as we add another discipline: Human Resources. Next to this, we are building a technology excellence centre to strengthen Digital Analytics. 

Our office has been established in 2016 and is located in Petaling Jaya. Our focus is on servicing our business partners in the operating companies across the region to the best of our abilities every day.

Our culture
Cecilia
Cecilia is one of our Vietnamese speakers, and a Senior Analyst in the Trade Spend and Billing team. Together with more than 10 colleagues, they receive and process claims, rebates, discounts, and perform the check and release billing for seven operating companies. Soon, she will move to a new role as AP Team Leader to pursue her ambitions of managing a team. "I have been working with FrieslandCampina for almost four years. Working in a multicultural environment, especially Malaysia, a country with many cultural interference, gives me the opportunity to experience and mingle with new and different cultures and customs. Besides that, I have met and worked with dedicated and experienced colleagues, who are very supportive and accessible. The managers always encourage us to look for improvements and help to create a room for each of team members to develop, which I hope to also do as a newly appointed Team Leader."
Krisson
Krisson has been working with us since 2017, and finds himself motivated by utilising his passion and experience to drive improvements within society. This is well aligned with FrieslandCampina's purpose of Nourishing by Nature. "With IT Commerce, we work very closely with our distributors and partners for the best solutions to deliver our products to the market. We help the business drive greater outreach in different countries, ensuring that both urban and rural areas have access to better nutrition. Working at FrieslandCampina allows me to be able to pursue my IT passion, working with international vendors for the latest and best solution to serve the communities. Seeing continuous improvement of product uptake gives great satisfaction for me.”
Shermaine
Shermaine has been working at FrieslandCampina for almost four years, starting as a Buyer. She is a change-oriented person, which is suits her current role as Process Specialist. “FrieslandCampina promotes sustainability in terms of having a positive impact on farmers, society and planet. In my role and team, we need to strive for operational sustainability to be the best business partner. We need to explore new and better ways of doing things with a continuous mindset. In order to do so, I bring the team together around a shared purpose, empower them to be in charge of their tasks and projects, and create an environment in which they can unleash their true potential by bringing their best selves.”
Ravin
Ravin is currently working as an End-to-End Product Coordinator for Global Enterprise Data, after roles as Master Data Coordinator and Senior Master Data Steward. Currently he is part of the project team that is working to build the new Dutch Lady Malaysia (DLMI) plant in Bandar Enstek. "I am currently working together with the Master Data consultants and Business Key Users to plan and track the execution of the Master Data migration for the new manufacturing facility. This ensures the readiness and accuracy of the Master Data set-up within the production environment. I feel very proud to be part of this project. What me and my team are working on, is one of the major factors that will ensure DLMI in having a successful business operation for its new plant and business as a whole."
