Marilia started her journey with FrieslandCampina Ingredients in 2018 at the São Paulo office as Customer Manager. Her career accelerated impressively, she was promoted to Sales Manager LATAM within just two years. In 2023, she transitioned to the US operations, assuming the role of Sales Manager Americas.
