Performance+ helps us optimize and strengthen our Supply Chain to perform best in class. In just two years, we saved over 500 million euros and freed up more than 160 million euros in cash. That is impact we are proud of.

As Manager Operational Excellence at FrieslandCampina in Bedum, he works closely with different departments on improvement projects across the factory every day. From production to engineering, the collaboration between teams and the joint focus on finding smarter ways of working make his role dynamic and rewarding.

The freedom to take initiative and turn ideas into real improvements is what gives Jelle energy in his work. For anyone considering a new step, he has a clear message: “If you’re in doubt, just go for it!”

Performance Excellence Specialist, Jaap

“The openness within our culture encourages everyone to share their ideas,” says Jaap. As a Performance Excellence Specialist at FrieslandCampina in Bedum, he works every day on improving factory efficiency and minimising disruptions. In his role, he collaborates closely with different departments, from production and engineering to quality and safety. The strong collaboration and open communication ensure that improvements are implemented quickly and that everyone feels encouraged to contribute.
