Marilia started her journey with FrieslandCampina Ingredients in 2018 at the São Paulo office as Customer Manager. Her career accelerated impressively, she was promoted to Sales Manager LATAM within just two years. In 2023, she transitioned to the US operations, assuming the role of Sales Manager Americas with oversight responsibility for the Cell Nutrition segment.

She attributes her seamless adaptation to diverse cultures and international business environments to her inherent resilience.
