Together with their colleagues, they have put Lummen on the map: the whipped cream and spray-can technologies produced in Lummen travel all over the world! I want to ensure that our colleagues and the generations to come have a working environment without biases and where everyone, regardless of their background, religion, gender, and age can truly be themselves and get equal opportunities to grow, both in their career and personally.

"Since I started my studies, I have been passionate about making sustainability concrete and put numbers on it. We all want to do things in a sustainable way, but how much and what does it mean? I want my children to have the same opportunities to enjoy the world as I had during my life, so I work every day to keep our planet as healthy as possible.”

Achieving gender equity, or diversity and inclusion in general, is not about any given company or organisation achieving a goal, it’s about society moving towards a better world for everyone. Inspired by her inclusive nature, together with her colleagues from the Gender Equity Team, Almudena is on a mission to increase awareness, reduce bias and empower other colleagues to be their true selves.

“I always like to think of a problem from different angles and wonder what is the best way to solve it.” Haseeb translates his Creative nature into his work as Marketing Director for the Middle East and North Africa.
