Esther is empowering by nature and passionate about making an impact. Her role as an account manager in Cooperative Affairs at FrieslandCampina allows her to do just that. “As an account manager in this team, you play a crucial role,” she explains. “We are the primary contact for our farmers, who are the owners of the company. Being in daily contact with them, supporting their needs, and helping them perform at their best ultimately drives the whole company forward.”
