Purpose of the JobDesign, develop and implement data science projects within the OpCo, in line with business strategy, in order to enhance current business capabilities in the Analytics domain, maximize value creation and user & customers satisfaction.

4 years BS Degree - Computer Science3 to 5 years of HR Applications Support experience
Skills
- Developing new web components using Power Apps, XML, .NET, SQL, and C# , JS REACT.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery and Web Services.
- Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
- Expert Excel knowledge – PowerPivot / Power Query
- Experience in working with SQL databases
- Demonstrates high technical mastery and the ability to learn quickly.

Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
Develop solution concepts and business cases for business initiatives.
Improving the usability, design, content and managing the redesign of SharePoint configured solutions.
Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need evaluating all possible metrics such as target audience, servicing and digital.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry and develop recommendations and present it to Digital Leads.
Responsible for planning and budgetary controls of all new HR related initiatives.
Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps that fall in HR & Finance domain and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and business partners.
Possess strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business economics and financial resources.
