Collaboration with colleagues is a key pillar in our organizational culture. In my role, I work closely with colleagues from different departments and at various levels, which is not only valuable for the work but also enhances job satisfaction. For our locations, we have developed a Sustainability Roadmap that supports the organization’s CO₂ targets. This allows us to monitor and improve CO₂ emissions to reduce them. The roadmap has now become a KPI at tier 2 of the powder production department, where the majority of energy is consumed. It is incredibly motivating to see how we are building sustainable solutions together that have a positive impact." – Erwin Mulder, Manager Health, Safety & Environment
