Meet our HSE colleagues
We believe that only together can we make a difference in the market, because we need the qualities of everyone. Whoever you are and wherever you come from, everyone is important in our Health, Safety and Environment team.
Collaboration with colleagues is a key pillar of our organizational culture. In my role, I work closely with colleagues from various departments and at different levels. This is not only valuable for the work itself, but also greatly enhances job satisfaction. For our sites, we’ve developed a Sustainability Roadmap that supports the organization’s CO₂ targets. It allows us to monitor and improve CO₂ emissions in order to reduce them structurally. The roadmap has now become a KPI at tier 2 of the powder production department, where most of the energy is consumed. It’s incredibly motivating to see how we’re building sustainable solutions together that make a positive impact.” – Erwin Mulder, Manager Health, Safety & Environment
