Since 2024, Suzanne Marin has been working as an HSE Specialist at FrieslandCampina in Gerkesklooster. With a strong background in the food industry, spanning coffee and infant nutrition to whey powders and now cheese, she brings valuable experience to the role. "What sets me apart is my people-focused approach; I combine attention to safety culture and behaviour with in-depth expertise on subjects such as confined spaces, hazardous substances, and ATEX," says Suzanne. She feels at home in the open and supportive company culture, where she can continuously apply and further develop her professional knowledge.

"My work is so engaging because I have a direct influence on the scope of my role and department. No two days are the same, my agenda is never fixed, and I can respond quickly to questions from different levels of the organisation," Suzanne summarises.
