“Collaboration with colleagues is a key pillar in our organisational culture. In my role, I work closely with colleagues from different departments and at various levels. This is not only valuable for the work itself, but also greatly contributes to job satisfaction. For our sites, we have developed a Sustainability Roadmap that supports the organisation’s CO₂ targets. This enables us to monitor and improve CO₂ emissions in order to reduce them structurally. The roadmap has now become a KPI at tier 2 of the powder production department, where the majority of energy is consumed. It is highly motivating to see how we are building sustainable solutions together that have a positive impact,” adds Erwin.
