To unleash this Power of We, FrieslandCampina aspires to create a safe and inclusive working environment that allows all employees to bring their best and authentic selves to work. In order to reach our goals we have formulated an Inclusive Diversity strategy together with a passionate group of employees from all over the world and from all parts of the organisation.

Inclusive Diversity

We use the term Inclusive Diversity (ID) because diversity and inclusion are not two separate themes. Diverse teams, in which people cannot be themselves, are not optimally effective; whilst a team with an inclusive culture may not always be a true reflection of society. Diversity and Inclusion can therefore only be successful when they are complementary. That's why we strive for Inclusive Diversity.

When you grow, we grow


We have set ambitious short and long term goals and work with external partners to support us in achieving them. We use data to inform objective discussion and action, educate and create awareness around the value of ID, set and enforce policies and guidelines to create a consistent global approach, and build internal communities from the grass roots of our organization upwards.

It is the diversity of our people, their individual enthusiasm and our collective commitment that makes FrieslandCampina such a special place to work.  

FrieslandCampina’s Inclusive Diversity strategy has been formulated in close cooperation with the Inclusive Diversity Committee, which consists of employees from all over the world. The ID Committee meets regularly and its members drive and challenge our ID activities. The implementation of our ambition is supported further by a network of Local Champions who help to share best practices, cascade global initiatives and ensure the Committee remains well informed of local needs.

Mentoring Program FrieslandCampina and Refugee Talent Hub

About the Mentoring Program:

Did you know there are more than 27 million refugees worldwide who are unable or unwilling to return to their homeland for fear of persecution? They find themselves in a new country and may struggle to relocate and settle into local society. Therefore we are running a series of mentoring programs to support talents with a refugee background to find employment.
