We use data to inform objective discussion and action, educate and create awareness around the value of ID, set and enforce policies and guidelines to create a consistent global approach, and build internal communities from the grass roots of our organization upwards.

FrieslandCampina’s Inclusive Diversity strategy has been formulated in close cooperation with the Inclusive Diversity Committee, which consists of employees from all over the world. The ID Committee meets regularly and its members drive and challenge our ID activities. The implementation of our ambition is supported further by a network of Local Champions who help to share best practices, cascade global initiatives and ensure the Committee remains well informed of local needs.
