As a Corporate Trainee you are ambitious, think and act beyond boundaries and strive to develop yourself within your discipline or even broader.

The FrieslandCampina traineeship is a two-year program, starting in March and September. With two challenging assignments, both one year, you can make a difference in your field and really contribute to the company and a better world.

Our ‘fast track’ program for future leaders accelerates personal and professional development with lots of potential to grow in a short time, for example with our training & development program set up by a renowned partner.

The application for the Corporate Traineeship starting in March 2024, will be open from August 28th until October 8th 2023. 

Are we looking for you?

  • Potential and capacity to grow in a fast track
  • A fresh graduate or entry level work experience
  • Master’s degree, academic level of thinking and working
  • International experience, extracurricular activities (internships, board year, your own business)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Dutch for Supply Chain & Technology track

As part of your traineeship you will join Clash of the Titans and resolve a business case selected by our CEO.

As a young FC employee, you have the possibility to join Intercompany events such as Race of the Classics
