Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG, with at least 4 years in Trade Marketing/Category Development/Sales Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market data tools (Nielsen, Retail Audit, Shopper Insights).
- Proven experience in sales forecasting, trade spend management, and operational excellence.

Vacancy description
Category & Channel Development:
- Develop and implement category growth strategies aligned with FrieslandCampina’s brands objectives.
- Analyze category trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Translate brand strategies into tailored channel execution plans for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-Commerce, and Foodservice.
- Drive category visibility, assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies across all trade channels.
Data Analytics
- Manage data collection, harmonization, and reporting from multiple sources (Nielsen, SAP, Power BI, distributor data, trade panels).
- Develop and automate dashboards to track sales performance, market share, pricing, and promotional ROI.
- Conduct root-cause analyses to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Provide regular business reviews to management with actionable recommendations.
