Maintenance Technician

1. Inspections                                                                                                                                 Inspect assigned company machine and equipment according to procedure and work instruction in support of machine efficiency.

2. Maintenance                                                                                                                                Carries out routine maintenance of machines and equipment according to approved preventive maintenance schedule to prevent machine breakdown.

3. Malfunction Diagnosis                                                                                                            Carries out diagnostics of faulty machines according to instruction and work instruction in order to identify the cause of machine malfunction.

4. Repairs                                                                                                                                               Carries out repairs on equipment and machines according to instruction and procedure in order to rectify machine faults.

5. Installation

      Assists with installation of new equipment or relocation of current equipment according to

      instruction or job order so as to ensure proper installation.

6. Service log                                                                                                                     

       Maintains service logs on all equipment and machinery according to procedure and work instruction to           provide service records.

7. Safety Equipment:                                                                                                              

Inspects and services safety equipment according to manufacturer’s specification and government                regulations to ensure efficiency of such equipment at all times.
