- Inspections Inspect assigned company machine and equipment according to procedure and work instruction in support of machine efficiency.
- Maintenance Carries out routine maintenance of machines and equipment according to approved preventive maintenance schedule to prevent machine breakdown.
- Malfunction Diagnosis Carries out diagnostics of faulty machines according to instruction and work instruction in order to identify the cause of machine malfunction.
- Repairs Carries out repairs on equipment and machines according to instruction and procedure in order to rectify machine faults.
- Installation
Assists with installation of new equipment or relocation of current equipment according to
instruction or job order so as to ensure proper installation.
- Service log
Maintains service logs on all equipment and machinery according to procedure and work instruction to provide service records.
- Safety Equipment:
Inspects and services safety equipment according to manufacturer’s specification and government regulations to ensure efficiency of such equipment at all times.
