HR Intern
This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and transformation projects. The intern will support key initiatives focused on enhancing HR policy frameworks and preparing for the transition to a shared services model.
The programme aims to provide exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of HR.

- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR data accuracy
- Review existing HR policies and identify areas for alignment and updates
- Benchmark policies against market and statutory requirements
- Draft revised HR guidelines and assist in formatting and consolidation
- Support communication rollout and awareness initiatives
- Identify and document current HR workflows
- Develop process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support HR process improvement and knowledge transfer
- Assist in reporting progress and findings to the HR leadership team
