- You have a Master's degree, combined with 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience within a brand context in an FMCG company in the French market
- You have sufficient knowledge of the French market, both consumers and customers, to lead the French marketing plan
- You have a passion for brands
- You have a thorough knowledge of media, communication (both online and offline), and activation
- You are familiar with brand P&L responsibility and skilled in fact-based analysis of your commercial results. Experience with Nielsen data is a plus
- You are positive, curious, and take the initiative. You have a real "can-do" mentality
- You are hands-on and, with the necessary dose of creativity, always think solution-oriented and consumer-first
- You communicate smoothly and have a good command of French and English

- You are the driving force behind the launch of Chocomel in France and are responsible for achieving business and marketing objectives
- To this end, you lead various marketing projects (both communication and activation). You develop the support plan (above and below the line), implement the 4Ps, and closely monitor the results. You will also collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams both locally and internationally
- Together with your media agency and creative agencies, you strive for the perfect execution of the marketing plan
- You analyze the business results of our Chocomel brand and the dairy market and translate your insights into concrete learnings and action plans
- You closely monitor your marketing budget and are the owner of your brand P&L
