Degree in Business Administration or technical area (life science, food science, pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals)

Own the P&L of the BU
Create the product group plan
Lead the product and technology portfolio for the BU
Define and execute operational product management activities, and support strategy development
Project management with a scope from supply chain to innovation and market introductions
Support the innovation team with marketing related assignments
Product performance management: analyse, support in value price setting
Business intelligence: benchmark and analyse the market for strategic decision making
Marketing content development: develop marketing content and tools in close collaboration with Technology & Innovation, Sales and Customer Experience teams
Generate fact based recommendations: for product positioning, pricing, portfolio optimization, NPD and Capex
