Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the territory.
- Manage and develop distributor performance and operations.

Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, preferably in ice cream or frozen category.

- Strong competencies in distributor management, team leadership, negotiation, and market execution; sound knowledge of FMCG and cold chain operations
