Sales Operations Officer Faisalabad

Sales Operation Officer is the single point of contact for the Regional Sales Team and the Sales Applications Team at Head Office while being based in the Regional Office. The primary responsibility of the incumbent includes primary & secondary posting in SAP, resolving end user and systems issues, understanding new customer requirements, coordination with business teams, and resolving operational issues within the specified timelines. Additional responsibilities include distribution audits, daily operations, records keeping, data verification and decisional reporting.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Strong presentation and written skills with ability to resolve problems, in compliance with the company’s values and policies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in teams to timely resolve customer issues and conflicts, anticipating their needs in advance
  • Mature business professional that doesn’t require oversight and day to day management
  • Strong, outgoing, personality with highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with the numerous personality types
  • Ability to be innovative, have the foresight to see future issues and to manage through the numerous challenges of changing business dynamics by taking controlled risks
  • Candidate must be able to operate at the highest level of ethical, legal business practices and to follow the company’s code of conduct 
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving and crisis management skills

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or IS
  • Strong understanding of the SAP, Salesflo, OCTANE & Secondary Sales System and processes
  • Strong skills in SQL Server installation and writing queries

Demonstrated skills in Windows Applications and Web Applications

Descrierea postului vacant

  • Receiving training for SAP, OCTANE & Salesflo modules and cascade the same to extended team.
  • Providing required reports & analysis to the sales team & distributors on daily basis.
  • Keeping Head Office team updated on the existing issues, problems and progress of the implementation of agreed SOP’s / Policies in routine.
  • Coordination with Regional Team (RBM/ASM/TSM) for key sign-offs and fulfilling their reporting requirements
  • Providing satisfactory support to run smooth business operations to the regional team.
  • Support in Regular & Ad hoc reporting to the Region, including but not limited to Sales, Scanning, Assets, Schemes, Discounts, FMR, Damages, etc.
  • Close coordination with distributors to ensure smooth primary & secondary sales operations.
  • Collect & send weekly/daily reports/ files from each distributor to the Region and Head Office
  • Ensure implementation of Price Structure, Hierarchies, master data and other updates with 100% integrity
  • Visits to Distributors as directed by Region & Areas:
    • Thorough Sales Analysis,
    • Monitoring of Physical Assets and Controls,
    • Resolving Operational Problems,
    • Checking of Proper Record Keeping
