Accounts Payable Specialist (Banking)
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible to:
- Review payment proposals
- Weekly and Monthly KPI reporting
- Act as second line of support on payment related questions via telephone and email
- Attending to audit queries
- Support / Run projects or process improvement together with Process Excellence team
Ce ne dorim
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or Equivalent
- Preferably candidate with bank payment and treasury experience
Ce oferim
- Participate in process optimization projects and implementation of improvements
- Provide supports in migration projects to ensure smooth transition of activities to FSSC
Descrierea postului vacant
- Responsible for producing daily cash flow position
- Update Daily exchange rate in SAP
- Executing Foreign Exchange (FX) purchase & Money Market (MM) placements
- Preparation of monthly / yearly MTM report
- Preparation of Intercompany Netting
- Bank reconciliation activities
- Bank administration for entities transitioned to FSSC
- Preparation of yearly foreign currency forecast for Corporate Treasury
- Execute month end closure activities I;e actual cash report
- Maintain documentation in accordance with local legislation and company policies
- Execute task as per the internal control framework
