RGM Manager - UK
Join our dynamic EU Revenue Growth Management team and take on a unique role blending analytics, project management, and solution-driven execution.
As our RGM UK Specialist, you will work for the UK portfolio to build and embed RGM capabilities, connecting with stakeholders, aligning data, and driving the implementation of scalable, impactful strategies. This role demands a proactive mindset to push initiatives forward, balance analytical rigor with project delivery, and ensure our the local team is equipped to optimize revenue streams and achieve sustainable growth.
Ce ne dorim
- University degree with 3-5 years in consultancy, business development, RGM, or project management; experience in the Food/FMCG sector is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills combined with hands-on project management experience, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution;
- Ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, influence decisions, and manage cross-functional relationships effectively;
- Proficiency in managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables, and ability to work independently while aligning with broader team objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear and impactful messages;
- Full business proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of the UK market and retailer landscape
Ce oferim
Compensation & Benefits:
- Bonus: Up to 12.5% annual performance bonus
- Base salary: £55-60K
- Pension: Up to 13.7% employer contribution (age-dependent)

Analytics and Strategy:
- Analyze market-specific RGM challenges and opportunities, leveraging data to guide decision-making;
- Develop and align scalable RGM roadmap for the UK;
- Provide actionable insights through deep dives into pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade terms data to optimize revenue growth.
Project Management and Capability Building:
- Drive the setup of foundational RGM tools and repeatable processes;
- Share best practices and cross-country initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project execution;
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across markets to elevate RGM expertise.
Stakeholder Management and Execution:
- Act as a connector between local team, regional leadership, and external stakeholders to align objectives;
- Push initiatives forward by ensuring stakeholder buy-in and removing barriers to progress;
- Manage communication and reporting to keep all parties aligned on goals and progress.
