We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and grow our ice cream business within an assigned territory. The role focuses on driving sales, managing distributor operations, ensuring market coverage, and achieving business targets through effective execution and team management.

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in frozen/ice cream category)
- Strong understanding of distribution management and market execution
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage field teams
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations within the assigned territory. This includes achieving primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring effective distribution, and maximizing market coverage.Key responsibilities include:
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Manage and develop distributor relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure availability and visibility of products across all key outlets
- Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and trade activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
- Lead, train, and supervise sales team (Supervisor’s/RSOs/Order Bookers)
- Ensure proper cold chain management and product quality standards
- Maintain accurate reporting and data analysis for decision-making
