- Trainee will be based in DLMI Bandar Enstek plant factory covering all plants, warehouses, facility and utility.
- Mainly support for safety related items in plant operations.
- Conducive workplace where you will be station in SHE Admin Office, provided with 1 laptop

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Safety Procedures: You will help ensure that all safety, health, and environmental procedures are up to date and compliant with regulations. This includes reviewing existing procedures and suggesting improvements.
- Conducting Risk Assessments: Interns are often involved in reviewing and conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. This may include analyzing work environments and suggesting mitigation strategies.
- Incident Investigations: You may assist in investigating incidents that occur within the organization, helping to determine causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Facilitating SHE Trainings: Interns often help facilitate safety training sessions for employees and contractors, ensuring that everyone is aware of safety protocols and procedures.
- Conducting SHE Inductions: You will likely conduct SHE inductions for contractors entering the workplace, ensuring they understand the safety requirements and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the SHE department is a common duty, which may include compiling reports, maintaining records, and assisting with the organization of safety meetings.
- Compliance Monitoring: Interns may be tasked with conducting routine safety compliance inspections and audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Emergency Preparedness: You might participate in scheduling and conducting emergency response drills, as well as compiling information for incident investigations and reports.
