Learning & Development Specialist
Act as learning partner for the Supply Chain function in the region (Europe, Americas, Middle East, Pakistan and Africa) by ensuring needs based and high impact learning solutions for the business.
Design, develop and drive execution of strategic learning solutions with a focus on regional Supply Chain to bring our Global Learning and Development vision to life, and ensuring our learning offering is adding value to the business by accelerating the development of our people.
Ce ne dorim
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in L&D, Talent Management, Continuous Improvement or HR
- Understands the FMCG business, or eager to learn more about our business
- Customer focused and service oriented
- Strong sparring partner for business managers and HRBPs
- Has proven track record in creating a standardized learning landscape in a large, complex organisation (5,000+ people)
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experienced in training delivery / facilitation
- Proficient in English and Dutch
- Strong in managing and engaging a wide and diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an important asset
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills
- Exceptional project and process management skills

Descrierea postului vacant
- Responsible for learning solution management: own the process from analysis, design to delivery of high impact leadership and personal effectiveness learning solutions in own scope in support of strategic goals of the business area. In that context, also drive the continuous improvement and learning measurement of said learning solutions in own scope.
- Partner with the business as learning consultant for functional skill academies: consult with the functional skill program owners by leveraging learning design and process expertise. Support the design, development and deployment of scalable, learning experiences that align with business priorities. Support scaling of solutions by overseeing consistency in implementation and promoting the effective use of our learning infrastructure.
- Support effectiveness of learning processes: contribute to the standardization and optimization of L&D processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide learning frameworks and processes, and to drive operational efficiency.
- Responsible for the first line leader program outroll.
