Expansion of our solutions business is recognized as one of the levers to realize this ambition. A new Systems organization is formed to carry out this responsibility for launching, driving and supporting existing and new system solutions in the markets across the globe.
Our solutions consist out of an appliance, product and a lock-in technology and are designed to solve specific customer pains across various channels and use moments. As the Service test Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing reported failures and returned items, identifying root causes, and reporting potential failure development tracks.
Ce ne dorim
- Technical background or affinity
- 2y+ of proven field service or service hub engineering experience
- Technical expertise in systems and appliances
- Experience in service operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for root cause analysis
- Driver’s license

Ensure customer satisfaction levels for all systems across platforms that have been launched or installed, by analyzing reported failures and returned items, identifying root causes, and reporting potential failure development tracks. This role is responsible for modeling and testing reported cases, dealing with external consultants for complex cases, collaborating with the Product Lifecycle Maintenance engineer on all cases, providing input towards internal and external roles, joining developments of solutions, updating Service books with new information on reported failures and root causes, and suggesting corrections towards service manuals, scripts and requirements.
