Manager Technology
In this role, you will lead a technology team in R&D, driving the development and optimization of a cluster of key technologies for FrieslandCampina. You will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of experts, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to excel in their roles. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee projects, manage timelines, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Bio Technology or a related field.
- A people manager with demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams of experts.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate knowledge transfer and foster a collaborative work environment.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on process optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in Infant Formula or Ingredients businesses and related processes (spray drying, evaporation, powder handling, purification technologies / downstream processing is a pre.

- Set up and execute a technology roadmap (research, development, implementation) together with the peer Manager Technology within Global SC.
