Mohammed's story

Mohammed has been working at FrieslandCampina's cheese production plant since 1998. He started out as a temp worker here and has since become a fixed part of the Operating team. In the 25 years that he has been working at FrieslandCampina, he has fulfilled multiple roles, such as forklift operator and packaging operator. Currently, he is responsible for operating the processing lines in the cheese warehouse.

I am always happy to help my colleagues. That is why I participate in multiple improvement teams!

“For me, the best thing about my work is delivering a quality product for our customers.” Processing the cheeses, working efficiently, and delivering quality is important for Mohammed in his work. “We work together with a pleasant group of colleagues who really want to make a difference. That's why we're often involved in initiatives to improve the plant.”

Additionally, Mohammed is also one of the plant's trainers. He helps new colleagues find their way and explains their tasks, responsibilities, and processes. “I'm always available to help my team and FrieslandCampina. If anyone needs anything, I'm happy to help!”

“What really makes me proud? I've even seen our cheeses in the stores in my home country Iraq!
