Ce ne dorim
- Bachelor / Master's degree, preferably in the field of agricultural science / animal production, or a relevant direction (e.g. Food Technology, Veterinary Medicine, etc.).
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a strong affinity for the agricultural sector and experience working with dairy farmers or raw milk production
- Very good language proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to learn Dutch or Dutch language skills are beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different departments.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to be in the Netherlands regularly for consultations and cooperation.

Descrierea postului vacant
You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our processes meet the highest quality and safety standards. You also play a crucial role in supporting our member dairy farmers and strengthening our cooperative values. In this role, you gain energy from reshaping and further developing the German QA organization together with the German team, while strengthening collaboration with sectoral partners to ensure future‑proof quality structures.
- Quality assurance: You ensure that the quality of raw milk, meets the legal requirements and/or the requirements of labels such as QM++ and VLOG.
Food safety management and legislation: You keep a close eye on new food safety legislation, emerging animal diseases and ensure that our processes comply with it. In the event of incidents, you actively participate in managing them as quickly as possible. You come up with a quick and accurate analysis and dare to give advice in difficult and uncertain situations, - Supporting member dairy farmers: You will work closely with our member dairy farmers to support them in complying with quality and sustainability standards. You act as a point of contact for questions and advice from colleagues (field services, backoffice) so they can help dairy farmers implement improvements on their farms.
- Coordination with German sector parties: You maintain contacts with German sector parties such as the MIV (Milchindustrie-Verband) and the LKV (Landeskontrollverband). You ensure good cooperation and coordination on operational level with these parties.
- Certification and audits: You coordinate with German certifying bodies and standard owners such as QM (Qualitätsmanagement Milch), VLOG (Verband Lebensmittel ohne Gentechnik) and ProWeideland. You will ensure that raw milk meets the requirements of these certifications and supervise audits.
