SAP Admin Executive
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Admin Executive to support daily operations. This role involves handling SAP and MES transactions, ensuring accurate system entries, supporting production and warehouse activities, and assisting with system execution and monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of SAP ECC and EWM is an advantage, with willingness to work on shifts.

- Perform daily ordering, checking, labelling, and staging of packaging materials to support production.
- Acknowledge production staging requests and ensure materials are supplied on time and in full.
- Manage stock arrangement and storage while ensuring accurate physical inventory reconciliation with SAP.
- Enforce FIFO and FEFO practices to maintain proper inventory rotation.
- Maintain SAP transactions including clean desk, PO closure, GR/GI posting, and IDOC monitoring.
- Operate and troubleshoot MES to ensure data accuracy and avoid discrepancies between MES and SAP.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and report inventory variances.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for staging activities and maintain 5S standards in work areas.
- Support production KPIs, improvement projects, and internal/external audits with full compliance.
