FrieslandCampina is looking for a Logistics Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategic customer collaboration, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization.

As Logistics Account Manager, you are responsible for a strategic supply chain connection with our customers. You ensure optimal logistics performance and customer delivery within the market. You quickly oversee the full supply chain, identify bottlenecks, and drive actionable solutions and account plans. You balance customer‑focused service with cost‑efficient logistics execution and translate customer needs into concrete improvement initiatives.

Ce ne dorim

  • A completed university (preferably Master's) degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant supply chain experience within FMCG or Retail
  • Strong affinity with and broad knowledge of logistics processes across the end‑to‑end supply chain
  • Solid knowledge of PowerBI
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in both Italian and English (French and Spanish language knowledge would be a plus)
  • A connecting, relationship‑driven personality with excellent stakeholder management
  • Competencies: customer‑focused, results‑oriented, analytical, team player, organizationally sensitive, persistent and strategic thinking
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus

As Logistics Account Manager, you are responsible for the optimal delivery performance towards your customers across FrieslandCampina’s full portfolio. You play an essential role in realizing the logistics annual objectives of the Customer Supply Chain team, ensuring a strong balance between maximum service and efficient logistics execution.

You maintain regular, structured (strategic and tactical) alignment with both customers and internal stakeholders - including Customer Operations, Sales, and various Supply Chain teams - to build efficient, long‑term collaboration models. You analyze internal processes and customer‑specific needs, translating them into concrete supply chain improvement plans. You monitor, evaluate, and report logistics performance at customer level, using data insights to drive improvements.

Through strong collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and related disciplines, you initiate and lead improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, service level, and market development. You also play a key role in establishing logistics framework agreements and ensuring excellent operational execution in partnership with the Customer Operations Specialists, who manage order processing, returns, and complaint handling.

In addition, you contribute to broader cross‑account optimization projects, supporting FrieslandCampina’s ambition to continuously raise the bar on logistics performance and customer experience. You take the lead in managing logistics‑related change initiatives between FrieslandCampina and customers, ensuring smooth implementation aligned with commercial and Customer Supply Chain policies.

In this role you can become part of the Customer Operations Team in the Cluster in Barcelona and will be based in Italy. You will work closely with colleagues across different Customer Operations teams, Customer Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, Commerce and external customer platforms.
