Ce ne dorim
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Economics, Marketing or a related field
- Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills
- Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into brand activities and daily execution
- Structured, proactive and result-oriented mindset with strong attention to deadlines
- Good project coordination skills and openness to change
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a confident and persuasive approach

Descrierea postului vacant
- Support the Hungarian brand portfolio, assisting in the development and execution of annual and mid-term marketing plans
- Participate in marketing projects, including new product development, consumer promotions, brand activities, and media campaigns
- Assist in the preparation of creative and communication materials with agencies
- Support product launches and monitor their performance
- Analyze consumer trends and brand performance to provide insights for local and international teams
- Assist Brand Managers in budget tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, and agencies to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in field visits and shopper/consumer activities as required
