Can & Pouch Supervisor
- Plan, control, and coordinate with other departments/functions involved in the production of sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk in both canned and pouch formats, to ensure products are delivered with required quality, full quantity, and on time according to the weekly production plan, while utilizing machinery and manpower efficiently in line with company targets.
- Plan, control, and coordinate with relevant departments to manage raw material usage in alignment with the weekly production plan, ensuring raw materials are of good quality and available in sufficient quantities throughout the week.
- Analyze and improve machinery, equipment, and working methods to drive continuous improvement in both product quality and production processes, ensuring modernized operations and enhanced efficiency.
- Inspect and control production processes and critical control points, and supervise subordinates’ operations to ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, Work Instruction, HACCP, QACP, and FSSC 22000 requirements.
- Plan, direct, and control preventive maintenance activities, including maintenance scheduling, repair, corrective actions, and lubrication, to ensure machinery and equipment remain in optimal condition and are always ready for use in alignment with the weekly production plan.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve issues arising in production processes or working methods that cause machinery or products to deviate from standards specified in Work Instruction, HACCP, QACP, and FSSC 22000, ensuring machinery and equipment operate under normal conditions.
- Compile reports and present findings related to operational performance, machinery, and equipment abnormalities to supervisors for review and corrective decision-making.
- Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities with full team participation for assigned machinery groups, ensuring achievement of objectives in accordance with company policy.
- Control raw material losses and monitor machinery efficiency to ensure performance aligns with the company’s operational and productivity targets.

- Control and ensure preventive maintenance plans are executed according to the scheduled cycles, to maintain machinery in good condition, ensure readiness for use, and achieve maximum operational efficiency.
