Leading the quality team of the Beilen & Zwolle site and implementing Quality Transformation programs as member of Beilen & Supply Chain MT.
- SC NL position with potential BG activities/responsibilities.
- Collaboration and alignment with BG Quality Compliance team
- External network to stay tuned on site quality developments in IFT.
Ce ne dorim
- In depth knowledge of QFS systems (FSSC22000, ISO, GFSI), in theory and in implementation and experience with food safety authorities.
- Academic degree/working level
- Background in consumer branded food industry, ideally with Dairy, Pharma or IFT experience.
- Relevant audit training and experience
- Over 7 years of experience in QA
- Interest & training in statistics like sixsigma
- Experience in (quality) projects- & programs with cross functional teams
- Adequate quality issue handling & crisis management experience.

Descrierea postului vacant
- Planning & implementing the SN Food Safety & Quality Program in Zwolle & Beilen, inspired by Foqus
- QA LT representative to assure anticipation of significant changes and projects entailing a quality & food safety risk for Specialised Nutrition NL plants
- Ensure QFS performance reporting, problem solving and adequate quality issue management
- Assure change management with both sites
- Mapping of customer base per plant and assuring customer requirement deployment through QCP plans, process updates etc. assuring fluent & swift issue- & crisis management procedures.
- Accountable for the accuracy, speed, compliance & safety of analytical services provided to the plants and implementation of new laboratory standards, methods and services.
- Responsible for site quality resource planning, organization and quality talent development incl. succession planning
- Accountable for the culture of quality continuous improvement, anticipating strategic investments & sourcing projects.
- Responsible for Quality Agenda (PoaP) and 12Q Roadmap for both sites to support the annual objective setting.
- Responsible for laboratory strategy to ensure credible and on-time analysis used for monitoring or release of materials, intermediate products and final products by NL sites.
