As a Global Manager PtP Banking&Treasury you will lead and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to Pay (PtP) activities, in line with strategy, policy and guidelines in such a way that the operational and tactical PtP processes run efficiently and effectively meeting the agreed service levels ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. The position can be based in Budapest, Hungary or in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Ce ne dorim
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university is an advantage
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable or a GBS environment within an international and multicultural environment
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with people management in a managerial position
- Shared service background is mandatory, food & beverage industry experience is an advantage
- Excellent and comprehensive E2E PtP process knowledge
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Strong people & stakeholder management in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of PtP and office applications (Excel, PowerBI, Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Baseware)
- Ability to influence and inspire
- High degree of autonomy

- Excellent English, Dutch or any additional European language is an advantage

- Contribute to the development of the PtP strategy and take responsibility to implement the PtP strategy
- Lead the E2E PtP teams on their daily activities and priority setting in line with performance targets, service level agreements and stakeholder satisfaction
- Responsible for complex treasury process execution globally
- Responsible for implementing country specific payment/banking processes globally in line with relevant legislations
- Build and maintain a network of relevant (internal and external) stakeholders/partners
- Ensure knowledge & information level of the E2E PtP teams is kept up-to-date; Monitor internal and external developments and share relevant information
- Drive leading performance mindset in teams with a focus on continuous improvement to drive efficiency and maintain service level
- Responsible for leading compliant operation, implementation and execution of Internal Control Framework and Segregation of Duties
- Translate the overall strategy and PtP input into a year plan/budget for the PtP team as part of the GBS organisation
- Ensure implementation and assessment of the financial plan/budget for the department that is aligned and approved by GBS LT
- Provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, based on reporting principles
- Ensure monthly KPI/OPI reports are produced (MBR); Safeguard accurate and timely reports towards key stakeholders on key performance indicators
- Lead, coach, develop and appraise team leaders and team members; Ensure adequate people management for direct reports
- Implement a robust back-up and knowledge retention plan
- Co-owns the company financial and procurement policies associated with PtP, Adheres to the standard operating procedures (SOP) associated to PtP and improves SOPs where necessary or relevant
