Deine Rolle in unserer Lieferkette

Wir verarbeiten jährlich 10 Milliarden Liter Milch zu einer Vielzahl von Produkten. Wir besitzen unsere gesamte Lieferkette: vom Gras bis zum Glas. Von der Sammlung der Milch über die Herstellung unserer Produkte bis hin zur Verteilung an unsere Kund:innen.

Die Versorgung der wachsenden Weltbevölkerung mit Lebensmitteln ist eine große Herausforderung. Unser Ziel ist es, mehr Menschen zu versorgen und gleichzeitig weniger Abfall zu produzieren. Gleichzeitig müssen wir ein profitables Gleichgewicht zwischen dem Milchangebot der Landwirt:innen und der Produktnachfrage der Verbraucher:innen sicherstellen. Jeder Schritt in unserer Lieferkette ist für den Erfolg der gesamten Kette und von FrieslandCampina als Unternehmen von entscheidender Bedeutung. Gemeinsam sorgen wir für die Sicherheit, Qualität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse. 

Innerhalb von Operations & Manufacturing kannst Du  zum Beispiel als Operator:in, Produktionsleiter:in, Teamleiter:in oder als Verpackungsspezialist:in arbeiten. Jede Rolle, die notwendig ist, um die Fabrik am Laufen zu halten.

Packaging Operator, Leonie

“Our team supports each other and that’s what makes me enjoy going to work every day,” says Leonie, packaging operator. Since joining FrieslandCampina in Lochem in 2024, she has truly felt at home in the butter factory. The strong collaboration with colleagues and the positive atmosphere make her excited to come to work every day.

Alongside her daily work, Leonie is following several training programmes, including forklift training and further development as a packaging operator. “I’m proud of the clear career opportunities and growth possibilities offered here,” adds Leonie. The combination of learning, teamwork and personal development makes her role both rewarding and varied.
