After studying Chemical Engineering in Venezuela, I moved to the Netherlands in 2012. There, I completed a second degree in Supply Chain Management & Technology, which further sparked my interest in business processes. Since 2022, I’ve been working at FrieslandCampina as part of the Global Quality team. My focus is on optimizing processes through digital tools. What drives me? Making the way we work together globally smarter and more efficient. And I prefer to do that together with others. Because no matter how technical the work may be, in the end, it’s all about people and how they deal with change.  
 
“Guiding change is my strength – precisely because it’s about people.” We can implement the best technologies and systems, but if people can’t work with them, it’s not going to be effective. That’s why I work closely with teams across the world to make processes not just more efficient, but also more practical and accessible – always with a focus on real-life implementation and the people involved.  
 
 

The Power of We

Change always triggers reactions – and that’s exactly what makes it so interesting. Every factory, every team, every colleague requires something different from you. That’s where I find both the challenge and the energy. What motivates me is earning trust and guiding people through those transitions. “It gives me real satisfaction to see someone go from needing five days to complete a task to just two. That’s impact to me.”  

A great example of this is an international project for the Delhi Factory in the United States. Together with colleagues in India and New York, we cleaned up and standardized the entire master data process. “We were spread across time zones and cultures, yet we managed to move forward as one team. That felt like true collaboration.” The approach I developed during that project is now being applied globally within FrieslandCampina.

My strength lies in connecting people, asking the right questions, and giving them the confidence to take action themselves.
