Procesam 10 miliarde litri de lapte anual intr-o varietate de produse. Detinem propriul lant de supply chain: de la firul ierbii pana in paharul de lapte, « from grass to glass ». De la colectarea laptelui, la fabricarea produselor noastre si distribuirea lor catre clienti.

Furnizarea de alimente pentru populatia in crestere este o provocare imensa. In acelasi timp, trebuie sa asiguram un echilibru profitabil intre achizitia laptelui de la fermieri si cererea de produse de la clienti. Fiecare pas din Supply Chain este vital pentru succesul intregului lant si succesul FrieslandCampina. Impreuna oferim siguranta, calitatea si imbunatatirea continua a proceselor noastre.

In zona de Operatiuni & Productie ai posibilitatea sa lucrezi de exemplu ca Operator Productie, Manager de Productie, Team Leader sau Specialist Ambalare. Fiecare rol este necesar in asigurarea continuitatii functionarii fabricii.

Willem lucreaza in una din cele mai mari fabrici de branza din Europa. In rolul de Team Leader este responsabil de coordonarea echipei, asigurand siguranta acestora, planificarea resurselor umane si sprijinul acolo unde este necesar.

Within FrieslandCampina, I am a packaging operator trainee. I recently started at FrieslandCampina in Lochem and I already feel completely at home in the butter factory. There are many development opportunities here. For example, I am currently learning to drive a forklift and will soon start training to become a packaging operator. I am really looking forward to that!
