Global People Analytics Specialist

The purpose of the Global People Analytics Specialist is to develop and leverage data-driven insights to optimize and enhance various aspects of FrieslandCampina's human capital. By utilizing advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and reporting tools, the Global People Analytics Specialist contributes to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and improve overall business performance.

What we ask

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT;
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience;
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, and reporting;
  • Strong track record with development of dashboards in PowerBI
  • Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis software, and HR Digital systems. Preferably experience with SuccessFactors;
  • Proven experience with the connection between PowerBI and Microsoft Azure with clear understanding of data models.

Vacancy description

  • Translate the business needs into powerful reports and dashboards within PowerBI including development of data models;
  • Collect, clean and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights;
  • Utilize statistical methods to draw meaningful conclusions and provide actionable recommendations towards HR and business leaders;
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators related to HR and generate regular reports and dashboards to track and communicate people analytics findings;
  • Stay updated on the latest HR technology and trends for analytics and optimize the use of tools and technologies to improve performance;
  • Collaborate with various departments to align people analytics initiatives with overall business objectives and provide guidance based on data-driven insights.
