FCV OPERATIONS FRESHER

Role & Responsibilities:

Automation Engineer is responsible for administrating discipline standards and documentation (SOPs), developing long-term plans based on innovation, providing substantiation for replacement strategy to decision makers, and supporting day to day OT (Operational technology) - related issues

Role & Responsibilities:

Filling Technician is responsible for preparing & controlling the filling machine, the code printer to ensure each and every product meets the standards of Quality and Food Safety. Besides, they participate in trouble shooting activities during production and conduct production reports as requested.

Role & Responsibilities:

Process Technician is responsible for preparing and controlling processing equipment to ensure products are in line with standards and recipes, clean processing equipment and area before/after production as stated in work instruction, participate in trouble shooting activities and make production reports as requested

Role & Responsibilities:

Logistics Officer is responsible for monitoring stock level, controlling shelf life, inventory, blocked materials, and complying with work instructions, processes, principles, standards of Quality and Food Safety, create shipping documents, internal shipping costs, aggregate expenses for loading and unloading, and sort out and conduct requested inventory reports

• Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 1 year experience
• Have a determination to develop a career in one of 4 areas: Automation, Process Technician, Filling Technician and Logictics
• Bachelor degree requirements:
  + Automation: majoring in Automation & Mechatronics
  + Process Technician: majoring in Food industry, Chemical engineering, Biological technology, Industrial management, Automation engineering.
  + Filling Technician: majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering - Telecommunications, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical - Electronic Engineering, Industrial Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Automation;
  + Logistics Officier: majoring in Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management;
• GPA is above 6.0 out of 10 or equivalent
• Good analytical thinking, communication & teamworking skills
• Love working with systems, machines and people to bring the best service and best quality products to consumers/customers
• Willing to relocate and work in Ha Nam (for Automation) or Binh Duong Province (for other positions)
• Be able to communicate in English
• Available to work full-time since Jan 2022

I joined FCV family at the beginning of 2021, now it's been almost 9 months at FCV. At first, there were many challenges and I was overwhelmed by the amount of knowledge on Operations or the pressure of "zero experience" for a fresh graduate like me. After 9 months, my functional skills and soft skills have significantly improved. I'm Le Tran Quang Vu - one of the FCV Freshers in 2020. Currently, I'm an OT Engineer in Engineering Department at Binh Duong factory. When I received the offer from FCV, I was very happy because this was my first job. However, after the first 3 months, I was disappointed with myself for not living up to the expectation and not trying my best when coping with difficulties. However, thanks for the help of Line Manager and collegues, after 9 months, I'm confident to say that I have never regretted being a part of FCV, where I am able to stay true to my nature.
