Every year you and your manager set and align on your objectives and (personal) development priorities. FrieslandCampina’s strategic objectives and priorities are translated and aligned in objectives of each team and individual. Your personal objectives present your ‘big rocks’ for the year and create clarity on your own priorities and how they contribute to achieving FrieslandCampina’s objectives.

As your first month is done, this is a great moment to sit down with your manager and think about your objectives and personal development.

Performance Management Cycle

Within FrieslandCampina we work with a Performance Management Cycle for all employees from Hay 13 and above. Familiarise yourself with the different stages of the cycle and ask your line manager or local HR representative for local regulations.
