FrieslandCampina’s strategic objectives and priorities are translated and aligned in objectives of each team and individual. Your personal objectives present your ‘big rocks’ for the year and create clarity on your own priorities and how they contribute to achieving FrieslandCampina’s objectives.
As your first month is done, this is a great moment to sit down with your manager and think about your objectives and personal development.
