Global Category Marketing Manager
The Global Category Marketing Manager will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for the Special Nutrition (SN) category, with a primary focus on infant powder. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, expanding market share, and shaping the category's success across multiple regions, with a strong emphasis on Greater China.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a compelling global brand strategy. You will also play a key role in innovation planning, product development, and go-to-market execution, ensuring impactful product launches and long-term category success
What we ask
- At least 12 years of marketing experience, better in IFT category or Consumer Healthcare, foods related, with experiences in both country and global role.
- Expertise in brand management and development, communication including digital, social and content marketing.
- Experience in managing NPDs from end-to-end, including consumers insights, product concept, packaging design, core assets and launch plan development.
- Abrity to analyze marketing, develop solid business case short term and long term, well manage budget.
- Strong ownership and initiative to work independently, with good strategy mindset and commercial sense.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and in Chinese (speak, understand, reading)
- Willingness to travel

SN business mainly provide IFT to mum and baby. Global marketing team will closely work with global RD, nutrition, finance etc and local cross functional team.
