D&I Committee

As the Global D&I Lead, it's Lesley's job to act as a chairperson for our global D&I Committee. "The committee is the heart of our D&I movement. Our goal is to drive awareness and understanding of the D&I ambition and to create change within the organisation. We organise different activities globally, like sessions about perception biases and imposter syndrome, and honouring our 130 different nationalities by activities around important events, such as Chinese New Year and Ramadan."
