Marketing Manager
We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive growth across our UK Local Jewels portfolio, including the UK’s number 1 flavoured milk brand, YAZOO.
In this role, you’ll lead brand strategy, communication development, innovation, and cross-functional projects that deliver real market impact. You'll translate consumer insights into actionable plans, partner closely with retailers, and influence stakeholders across the business to bring big ideas to life.

- A university degree (Marketing preferred) and 5–6 years’ experience in FMCG marketing—food & beverage a plus
- Strong understanding of the UK market and retailer landscape
- Proven commercial acumen, including P&L ownership
- Excellent analytical, project management, and leadership skills
- Experience steering innovation pipelines and managing cross-functional teams
- A data-driven mindset with strong consumer insight application
- Confident, persuasive communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders—internal teams, agencies, and customers
- A curious, proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Resilience, creativity, and comfort making decisions with limited information

Compensation & Benefits:
- Bonus: Up to 12.5% annual performance bonus
- Base salary: £69-72K
- Pension: Up to 13.7% employer contribution (age-dependent)

- Develop and deliver a 3–5 year growth strategy for the Local Jewels portfolio
- Lead the creation of a data-driven 12-quarter brand plan across all brands
- Own brand health KPIs: market share, penetration, net sales, and P&L targets
- Define brand identity and translate it into actionable brand guidelines
- Drive mental availability through compelling storytelling and media strategy
- Lead innovation and renovation projects in collaboration with BG innovation leads
- Manage external agencies across research, design, creative, digital, and PR
- Oversee development of brand sell-in stories and commercial propositions for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams across NPD, Category, Sales, Finance, and Shopper Marketing
- Shape channel and customer strategies & retailer engagements, including entry into new channels

You work in the UK OpCo, responsible for the commercial execution and delivery in the UK market
Close working relationship with the YAZOO brand manager and Physical Availability brand manager (shopper), as well as Sales and Insights colleagues
You have strong relationships with the European business teams who help deliver growth plans
