Head of Ecommerce and Mom & Baby channel

As the Head of Ecom and Mom & Baby channels, you will lead the development and execution of channel strategies that deliver business KPIs, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate growth across Ecommerce and Mom & Baby accounts.
Key objectives:
- Develop and implement channel business plans to achieve KPIs and unlock growth opportunities in Ecom and Mom & Baby segments
- Drive customer engagement at senior levels by building and leveraging strong relationships that foster mutual benefits and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CCD, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on Joint Business Plans (JBP), optimize trade activities, and ensure bottom-line performance while growing sales and value share

- Education: BA, prefer Master Degree in Business or related fields
- Experience: 6 - 8 years of sales/ key account management experiences in related field/ FMCG is an advantage
- Skills & Knowledge:
- English communication skill (written and spoken)
- Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality
- Can Do mindset: think in solutions, not in problems
- Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality
- Deep knowledge of Modern Trade market in Vietnam
- Experience in leading a team (team management)• Communication & presentation capabilities
- Influencing capabilities internally & externally
- Conceptual thinking

- Ensure delivery of Business KPIs: Volume/Value growth, market share, category penetration,profit, forecast accuracy and sales fundamentals for the assigned channel together with the KAM & KAE.
- Lead & develop the business relationship at senior level of customer based on strategic partnership, agreed on common objectives and a deep understanding of market, category and channel
- Develops a long-term plan together with the customer in line with our customer business planning. Assesses result based on JBP and strategic plan.
- Responsible for developing the strategy for the channel in terms of promotion, pricing, assortment, activation etc.
- Develop & execute a long-term capability plan for KAM & KAE in order to lift the total channel team to a higher level & develop all individuals
- End responsible for Trade Term negotiation, customer credit management
- Work with strategic projects with Marketing/CCD on plans for recruiting and retaining shoppers/consumers
- Other tasks as assigned by Sales Director

This role belongs to the Sales Modern Trade team. You will be leading a team of 7 members, including 3 KAM and 4 KAE.
